How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will leave the day after payment is made. Should you request to pay via EFT your order will leave after payment reflects in the account. Please note that all Vagabond Story orders are couriered from Durban, South Africa.

Do I qualify for free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders, provided you choose our default courier, orders can take up to 5 working days to arrive.

Do you courier internationally?

Unfortunately not at this time.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to you via email when you receive your shipping confirmation. Please go to our Track My Parcel page to find links to the various couriers’ tracking apps.

Can I cancel my order?

We try to process your order as fast as we can. Once the order is packed, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order please email us at to check if your order has been packed.

What is your return policy?

No, We use door to door and counter to counter courier options.
